Play-test Reflection

The main things I wanted to know for my level design was how well the models all fit in together and whether or not the player got stuck on any of the environment. I was pleased to find that both of these things were praised in my feedback with good continuity between models recognised by all of the people who gave feedback and minimal areas where the players got stuck. One of the main comments that I took away was that the level design on the whole had different impressions on different people as far as linearity is concerned. Some people felt compelled to follow the wooden paths and other the grass paths. Another thing was that many people wanted to see the scene redone in much lower lighting and this is what lead me to scrap this design and restart after the short break.
